Parent + Baby Yoga

Parent + Baby Yoga is a casual 45-min class meant to provide time for parents to move and breathe with their babies alongside. This judgement free class won't bat an eye if you arrive to class a few minutes late, or need to step away a bit early. Our class encourages parents to carve out time for their practice, while allowing the space to tend to your baby when needed. Crying, fussing, laughing -- it's all a part of the joyful experience of Parent + Baby Yoga. Let this class be a reminder that it is OK to take just three breaths, giving yourself space, before managing your baby's needs.

Please bring with you anything your baby might require to be more comfortable: blankets, toys, snacks etc. At times we may engage with our babies as we move (holding lifting, hugging), but if baby is not into it, they are welcome to sit, sleep or play next to you as you practice.
