If you are looking for a workout to constantly challenge you and drastically show you results, CrossFit may be just what you have been looking for.

**If you have never done CrossFit before, we ask that you join our Foundations program first. You can sign up for that under the 'Getting Started' tab.

In each 45 minute class you will be taken through a brief warm-up, review of the movements in our daily workout, and then pushed to your limits for a high intensity cardio and strength workout. We maximize efforts by minimizing time chatting, standing around and teaching complex movements.

Casual CrossFit Yoga: are you a CrossFitter (or SWIFTer?) who's looking for some stretching, mindfulness and breathing without the intimidation and woo woo shiz? Then this is the class for you. This class will be casual, incorporating traditional yoga techniques and postures with contemporary mobility modalities such as lacrosse balls and foam rollers. We seek to honor the entire practice in ever class, however the focus is often diverted to two of the 8 limbs: postures and breathwork. This class seeks to serve the other 6 limbs. We will discuss our philosophy focus for the week, engage in kirtan (call and response singing) and have a brief moment for meditation. Come one, come all to honor the deep tradition of yoga.

Come join NapTown Fitness Co-Owner and CrossFit Level 3 coach, Peter Brasovan, for this fun and "explosive" movement clinic.This 5 week course will meet every Thursday starting August 29th from 6:30pm-7:45pm at 922 N Capitol Ave. This clinic will focus on the muscle groups and movements that are primarily responsible to help us move quicker. This clinic is open to all Indianapolis Residents that are looking to improve their adult fitness and functionality; including weekend warriors who who simply want to perform better. We will be doing movements that include, but are not limited to: Banded Deadlifts, Various Box Jump exercises, Tire Flips, Med Ball Throws, Agility Ladder, T Drills, Beep Test and many more.
