Looking to take a breather and refocus your mind? This mid-day meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) class is short & sweet and will get you out of your head and into the present moment.

This 15 minute class is available as a standalone virtual option OR as a free add-on if you are already attending the 12pm Flow & Go Express class. You do not need to register for this class if you already plan to attend the 12pm class, but you will need to pre-register if you ONLY plan to attend for Meditation and Deep Breathing. This class is not available as a standalone in-person option. The studio doors will be locked until 1pm, so you will not be able to join in-person.
