Barbells & Beers

Come join coach Sam for a fun hour of lifting! We will divide the class equally into spending time working on technique and building to a heavy snatch and clean and jerk. After the lifting we will cool down with socializing and of course.. beer (or wine)! This is a BYOB event, no hard alcohol.

CrossFitters and Oly Lifters are welcome to lift, everyone else is welcomed and encouraged to come socialize and spectate to cheer on your friends!

Please feel welcomed/encouraged to bring non-NapTown Fitness friends to join for the entire or partial event! :)
