NapTown "Move"

NapTown "Move" is a metabolic conditioning focused class. Our aim for each class is to row, bike, run, jump rope, ski erg, etc... in order to keep you 'moving'. You will find yourself using common movements from both SWIFT and CrossFit in combination with rowing, biking, running, etc.
You will walk away from this 45 minute class feeling accomplished.
