How Yoga Works: An Intro to Yoga Course $108 • Unlimited visits for 1 month • Looking to get started with Yoga, but not sure how to begin? This is the course for you!
Empower your strengths and find your dharma (svadharma to be exact- which means your purpose in life, or at this moment). Finding our strengths and your purpose will empower your life to the next level. This class will include a 45 minute strong, power vinyasa flow followed by a discussion on our dharma and identifying our strengths to move forward (and kick ass :)). Expect to feel empowered and excited on this New Moon!
