"Back to the Basics" - Movement Clinic
DATE: Saturday February 17th

The goal of this clinic will be to:
  • to explain the WHY of the movements.
  • to explain the various scales (up and down of the movement)
  • to dive into the weeds and answer questions members may have
  • to help fix flaws that we may not have time for in class
