Introductory Yoga Month $50 • Unlimited visits for 1 month • This is a one month, unlimited pass to our yoga classes. This does not include aerial yoga. To attend aerial classes you will need to purchase an aerial drop in or punch card.
Yoga Membership : 13X a Month $79 every month • 13 visits per Month • Digging the downdog? Enjoy our yoga classes (excluding aerial yoga) exclusively for 13 visits per month. This plan is reoccurring monthly.
Basic $99 every month • 13 visits per Month • This plan is essentially a 3x per week plan that allows for a roll over day for months that are uneven. It can only be used for SWIFT or Yoga classes at either our Monon or Capitol location. This does not include workshops or special events or CrossFit classes.

Practice Indie's Yin class. If you know what Yin is, click 'Enroll Now'. If you don't- yin is long, held (typically seated or reclined) postures that encourage you to explore your mental and physical edge. Unlike competitive napping (restorative yoga), postures are not as supported through props, but may be held just as long which will require the body to truly release and surrender. This is a mentally & physically challenging practice, not because of muscular endurance, but because of mental strength and a willingness to let go- hence 'willful surrender'.
