Essential: 13x month $79 every month • 13 visits per Month • This plan is essentially a 3x per week plan that allows for a roll over day for months that are uneven. It can only be used for SWIFT or Yoga classes at either our Monon or Capitol location. This does not include workshops or special events or CrossFit classes.

Want to blare some music in a dimly lit room, get lost in your movement & sweat? This is your class. Expect to sweat, move, flow and hit the pause button. Heated by infrared panels, get ready to let go of all your BS in the form of your own sweat... We recommend bringing water. (45 minutes & 60)
