It can only be used for SWIFT or Yoga classes at either our Monon or Capitol location. This does not include workshops, special events or CrossFit classes.

How Yoga Works: An Intro to Yoga Course $108 • Unlimited visits for 1 month • Looking to get started with Yoga, but not sure how to begin? This is the course for you!
Get deep into your fascia and release some tight ish. Part restorative, part slow flow, part self massage. Get ready to use foam rollers, yoga stretches and lacrosse balls to release your deepest (muscular/fascial) demons. This is a great class for athletes recovering from an injury or working through some tight spots.
