Sadhana

Sadhana is a Sanskrit word that means daily spiritual practice. Part philosophy, part asana, part meditation, part pranayama - expect a full soul cleansing and an in depth practice of at least 4 of the 8 limbs of the yogic path.

**This class is intended to be for serious practitioners who want to push the edge of their asana practice and dive deeper into a full spectrum practice. Recommended at least 1-2 years practice (including 6-months IN-STUDIO practice), a solid inversion practice (headstand, forearm stand and/or handstand) and a willingness to take risks.

Sadhana is currently being offered as both an in-studio and an online virtual class. If joining in person, please make sure you are registered for "STUDIO - Sadhana" on the schedule. If you are joining virtually, please make sure you are registered for "ZOOM - Sadhana" on the schedule.
