Yoga: Spirit Journey

Part philosophy, part asana, part meditation, part pranayama. Expect a full soul cleansing and an in depth practice of at least 4 of the 8 limbs of the yogic path.

**If this is labeled Level 2/3 or 3, it will be physically demanding. This level is Intended to be for serious practitioners who want to push the edge of their asana practice. Recommended at least 3-5 years practice, a solid inversion practice (headstand, forearm stand and/or handstand) and willing to take risks.
