Virtual Foundations

Learn the basics of functional movement and fitness with a skilled instructor from the comfort of your own home! All you will need is a stable internet connection, the zoom video conferencing app, a space to exercise in, a broomstick, a can of soup (or a dumbbell if you have one), and a chair or couch nearby to assist you in some movements. There will be 4 sessions running 45-60 minutes each.
