Fall full Body Challenge 2018

October 1st and go thru Oct. 28th.

Participants can choose from 2 different nutrition plans and will receive weekly meal plans with accompanying shopping lists and recipes. They will log their food, workouts and other pertinent information for the week by Sunday evening at 8 pm. Points will be given based on how well each participant sticks to the rules of his or her plan. There will be a weekly workout, from which participants may choose to do an RX'ed or scaled version. Points will be given for completing the workout each Friday. To earn additional points participants may attend and log a yoga class each week or post their success on social media and tagging #naptownnutriton and #FFBC2018. The participants with the most points will win weekly prizes and larger prizes at the end of the challenge! The challenge will begin October 1st and end October 28th. Each participant will get a 15 min consult pre and post challenge. During the consult, they will receive an InBody body composition scan, measurements, photos, and goal setting.
