Ready to jump into CrossFit after enjoying SWIFT so much? Intro to Barbell will teach all the movements necessary to feel confident about stepping up your fitness game and trying out CrossFit. This 4 week series will be progressive, so we recommend doing all 4 sessions. To do one session, the drop in is $10. Please email info@naptownfitness.com to schedule individual sessions during the series (or if you would like to join the course but are not currently a member).
