Looking to for fast paced group training at an affordable rate? We've got you covered with SWIFT! Less instruction offered than a CrossFit class offers us more time to get right to the workout! You won't find any complex movements here, more body weight and endurance based movements to keep you moving swiftly!

In each 45 minute class you will be taken through a brief warm-up, review of the movements in our daily workout, and then pushed to your limits for a high intensity cardio and strength workout. We maximize efforts by minimizing time chatting, standing around and teaching complex movements.

Foundations of SWIFT $50 per appointment

Want to get started with our SWIFT program, but nervous you are not ready/ "fit" enough to join class? Our 3, 45 minute sessions for one on one SWIFT will prepare you for the movements and intensity of our program. This program is a minimum of 3 visits ($150).
