CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement, executed at high or relative (your) intensity. CrossFit is a fun way to get in shape, and stay in shape. If you are looking for a workout to constantly challenge you and drastically show you results, CrossFit may be just what you have been looking for.

**If you have never done CrossFit before, we ask that you join our Foundations program first. You can sign up for that under the 'Getting Started' tab.

Barbell Club

This class is an Olympic Weightlifting class for Members only. If you are new to the Barbell program and are interested in learning more about please email info@Naptownfitness.com to schedule a one on one assessment.
