NapTown Kids


We watch your kiddos while you get a workout in and also offer classes and camps to help your kids learn to love fitness like you. We've got programs for all ages of NapTown Kids!

All children must have a valid NapTown Fitness Waiver signed before attending class. This can be done online or in person a few minutes before class.

Little Yogis

In the Little Yogis series, we'll explore the concept of mindfulness through storytelling, breath, movement, and art. This class is ideal for parents who want to share a holistic perspective of the yogic lifestyle along with practical skills to bolster their little yogi's social and emotional development. With an emphasis on building friendships, self-awareness, and self-regulation skills, this series is certain to be a valuable experience for all members of the family!

In Kids' Fitness, we will play games, learn functional fitness skills, and do workouts that will help the kids learn bodily awareness and confidence, with a focus on gaining strength and speed. It is the perfect class for kids who want to get better at any sport they love, or for kids who enjoy other activities but need to get some movement in on a regular basis. With strength-building twists on classic games (like tag) the kids will increase their physical fitness while having an absolute blast! We will incorporate gymnastics, cardio, and strength training and practice teamwork and positivity to help enrich your children's lives!

In Fitness for Littles, we will play games, learn functional fitness skills, and do workouts that will help the kids learn bodily awareness and confidence, with a focus on gaining strength and speed. Kids' Yoga $99Purchase required to enroll

Weeks 1-3 Internal awareness

The kiddos will learn the guiding external principles of yoga, and how we interact with the world and people around us in a peaceful way. They will also learn Sun Salutation A, basic meditation and breath techniques to encourage self awareness and peace.


Week 4-6 External awareness

The kiddos will learn the guiding internal principles of yoga, and how we interact with ourselves in a healthy, meaningful way. The students will also learn Sun Salutation B, and further their understanding of meditation and breath techniques.







Private Weightlifting Clinic $150Purchase required to enroll

Classes will run approx.
1 hour +/- post session
mobility work. Mobility work
will be highly recommended
but not coach led.

Classes will include:
- Group warm-up
- Coach led instruction
- 1:1 Hands on work

Classes will focus on:

- Best practice moving
mechanics - proper form in
the technical lifts.

- How to activate the correct
muscle groups for optimal
lifting.

- How to safely stop and bail
out on different lifts.

- Understanding the WHY
and HOW behind the
movements + the
carry-over into their
specific sport of choice.
