NapTown Kids


We watch your kiddos while you get a workout in and also offer classes and camps to help your kids learn to love fitness like you. We've got programs for all ages of NapTown Kids!

All children must have a valid NapTown Fitness Waiver signed before attending class. This can be done online or in person a few minutes before class.

Ages 3-7
In Fitness for Littles, we will play games, learn functional fitness skills, and do workouts that will help the kids learn bodily awareness and confidence, with a focus on gaining strength and speed. It is the perfect class for kids who want to get better at any sport they love, or for kids who enjoy other activities but need to get some movement in on a regular basis. With strength-building twists on classic games (like tag) the kids will increase their physical fitness while having an absolute blast! We will incorporate gymnastics, cardio, and strength training and practice teamwork and positivity to help enrich your children's lives!
