Foundations of SWIFT

3x 45 Minute Sessions

Session 1: Introduction and Initial Baseline

We want to learn more about what drives YOU!

Why are you choosing to get into shape? What are your fitness goals? We want to learn more about you so we can best serve you as a member.

Session 2: Endurance.

Endurance Movements: running, rowing, jump ropes, biking and more! Let's get that heart rate up and find any scales or modifications to make you the best athlete you can be.

Session 3: Strength.

Using your body weight primarily, we will review the key movements (and how to modify them) we teach at SWIFT- the push up, pull up, kettle bell swings, air squats, lunges, wall walks and more.
